Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?
Yes – but I do so every day of the year. It feels very unnatural to be told when to give extra attention to my partner. We just celebrate year-round by regularly taking quality time together. Think weekends out of town, romantic dinners or even a simple walk in the park.

What did you wear on your first date?
Since we met at a swimming pool, I donned a pair of Speedo’s. If we’re having a date night now, I opt for a white cotton shirt, cropped denim and black leather boots instead.

What would be your ideal Valentine’s day gift?
Yellow Thai curry for dinner, followed by a massage and some romantic tunes by Stacey Kent and Grace Jones. Hand me a bouquet of wildflowers and I’m all yours.

How do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?
Since I’m single, I don’t do Valentine’s Day. But I love seeing how friends go out to celebrate romance. If I were in a relationship, I would probably go for a nice dinner – sushi is my favourite. I need to make sure that the love of my life is into Japanese!

What’s your go-to romantic attire?
I would dress up in a midi dress or even a high-waisted skirt paired with a lace or silk blouse. All paired with a bold red lip, of course.

What’s your ideal Valentine’s day gift?
Nothing material, but something that we could do together. Something fun like a city trip or concert tickets. When it comes to romantic music, I swoon for Bruno Mars.

What are your Valentine’s Day traditions?
We’ve been married for over ten years and have raised three beautiful children, so Valentine’s Day usually starts off as a family occasion. I always bake this heart-shaped cake for us to enjoy as a family, before my husband and I head to a more private dinner later.

What’s your dream gift?
I love the idea of giving jewellery for Valentine’s day, but since there’s already so much jewellery in my life, it’s not really an option. I like getting flowers instead. Roses are my absolute favourite!

What will you be wearing this Valentine’s Day?
High heels, a nice top and a good pair of jeans. Paired with statement earrings, it’s a foolproof look that never disappoints.

How did you meet your significant other?
He’s my high school sweetheart. We have been together for ages - almost sixteen years now! We’ve literally been together for half of my life. It’s so weird, but lovely all the same.

How do you celebrate Valentine’s Day?
I don’t actually – I’m quite paradoxical when it comes to Valentine’s Day. I feel like love is always there, every single day of the year. I don’t want to celebrate it, but I do admit I won’t turn down a celebratory box of chocolates.

What’s your perfect date night outfit?
Something understated but sexy, like a sheer top with a seductive body that peaks out from underneath. I’d pair it with slim black jeans and black courts.

How did you and your significant other meet?
Through work, actually. He is a photographer that I was dying to work with for Roseanna’s first collection. It’s been almost ten years, and we haven’t left each other’s sides ever since.

What do your Valentine’s Day plans look like?
We love to celebrate it the French way: with an excellent dinner, and we don’t skip out on aioli. Most people stay away from garlic, but I’m lucky enough to have a partner that loves it as much as I do. We’ll probably eat by the fireplace and drink an excellent bottle of wine.

Do you have a date night outfit in mind?
I’m still debating two options: I’ll either wear our ‘Mercy’ dress or the ‘Taxi’ blouse from our resort 2018 collection. Plumetis and florals are always a good idea when dressing for romance.

How are you planning on spending Valentine’s Day?
Before we had kids, we went out for dinner almost every night, so Valentine’s Day was not that special. Now, we’re lucky to find the time to set out on a romantic night together. It doesn’t matter if we head out the 14th or later: my husband always tells me that every day with me is Valentine’s Day. He’s so incredibly sweet.

What can your husband surprise you with?
A morning kiss is the best way to start the day. He also gets me my favourite flowers: crisp white roses. It’s become a tradition over the years and I’m not complaining.

How did your date night style evolve?
We met in a club, so I wore a party-ready look: a white dress and flea market boots. I swear it looked very cool back in 2008. Today, I’d opt for sexy leather pants, paired with a lace blouse and a Balmain blazer. And heels, always heels.

How did you meet your significant other?
It was love at second sight. We have known each other for years since we’re both working in fashion, but he was always in a relationship and I had been dating, too. We were always interested in each other, but the real sparks didn’t come until a couple of years later.

What are key elements to a perfect date night?
Clothing wise, I’d say a cute dress and high heels. For food, I’d definitely want a big bowl of pasta pesto – it’s both his and my favourite dish. Pair it with some Nineties’ slow jams, and I’ll be happy to dance the night away.

What is the ideal Valentine’s Day gift for you?
He always buys me this big bouquet of beautiful roses. But now, after seven years, I’d say a proposal would be a pretty good idea (laughs).
